Description

Striking Verizon workers blocked 2 verizon trucks including 1 in the middle of an intersection at Water and Williams st. Verizon guys were directing traffic around the blocked truck using whistles just like the traffic cops until the real cops showed up.  Happened today (8/9/11) at 12:30 PM
