today i went to mcdonalds located on 430 86th street brooklyn NY. i decided to go use the bathroom but i noticed a big silver lock on the door  .inorder for me to use the bathroom i had to pay 25 cents .i then went to the manger and he said " you have to pay its the law '

do i have to pay to use the bathroom ?
