Hello, I would like your help me with the following observations/problems from last weekend: 125th Street and 5th Ave the lamp post has exposed wires. It is dangerous. 125th Street and 3rd Avenue the phone booth owned by Van Wagner is covered in graffiti, dirty and smells of urine. 69th and 3rd the newsstand roof is dirty. Their is heavy rust. When it rains it leaks inside the magazine rack (showcase, display case.) The owner has suffered heavy losses. Nassel, the owner, says that he calls and left three messages for Cemusa and has not been contacted back. 77th St and 3rd Ave the bus shelter bench is heavily rusted. 79th St and 3rd Ave the bus shelter roof seal is out and it leaks when it rains. 79th St and 2nd Ave the bus shelter has stickers on the glass panels. 79th St and 3rd Ave the construction site has a covered detour tunnel with a nauseating chemical smell. 34th Street and Madison Ave newsstand the roof is dirty. Also reporting an incident involving the release of hazardous materials; motor oil and anti-freeze into the environment (in the street). Someone was working on his 1998(?) Nissan Maxima on the street and he released these two liquids directly to the street.
